CGI of Canada qualifies individuals who have roles as company secretaries, governance advisers, risk managers, compliance managers and more. The Canadian Division, a Division of the International body, was established in 1920, and the Canadian Institute was incorporated federally in 1957.
CGI of Canada's membership consists of over 1000 Chartered Secretaries, Accredited Directors, Professional Administrators and individuals who are interested in corporate governance located across Canada, the US and the Caribbean.
